Talk therapy is the traditional form of therapy most people think of when they talk about seeing a therapist. My goal in helping you achieve true mental health is to help you find and address the root causes of your suffering rather than labeling and treating the symptoms alone; after all, you’re more than just a label. In a relaxed atmosphere, we will develop a relationship based on trust and safety, something that may have been missing in a life where you may have experienced bullying, harassment, or exclusion to both who you are and that which is invisible. We will work together to set goals.
